Meylan, France, July 9, 2025 – Dillico announces the completion of a financing round with Angelor, the Fonds Régional Avenir Industrie of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region (advised by UI Investissement), the French Tech Seed fund managed on behalf of the French government by Bpifrance as part of France 2030, the GP Compas and Deepbright One funds, as well as private investors and family offices, including its historical investor Deeperly. Through this transaction, Dillico aims to launch the commercialization of its innovative solution for the manufacturing of messenger RNA vaccines and therapies.
Co-founded in May 2022 by industry experts, Dillico is developing a unique integrated and digitized solution for all-scale manufacturing of mRNA-based pharmaceuticals.
As such, its All-ScaleFlow™ technology offers an ultra-flexible production solution aimed at deploying the full potential of messenger RNA technology, which represents a new era in vaccines and therapies for serious diseases, particularly cancers for which there is as yet no cure. Dillico’s integrated, digitized, all-scale GMP production platform enables drug candidates to be developed very rapidly, adapted to all indications, and will make personalized medicine in immuno-oncology more affordable.
The fundraising was carried out with the For Good fund managed by Angelor, the Fonds Régional Avenir Industrie Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (advised by UI Investissement), the French Tech Seed fund managed on behalf of the French government by Bpifrance as part of France 2030, the GP Compas and Deepbright One funds, as well as private investors and family offices, including its historic pre-seed investor Deeperly. This capital increase completes a France 2030’s non-dilutive financing of €2.4 million and is accompanied by new bank financing.
With proof of concept validated on an industrial pilot and interest confirmed from several major players in this industry, Dillico will now be able to accelerate its development with the commercialization of its equipment in the coming months.
“This round of financing puts Dillico on a very direct trajectory towards the market, with the finalization of a pilot already successfully tested and evaluated with major players in the industry,” says Christophe BONNEVILLE, President and CEO of Dillico.
“Angelor is very proud to contribute to the development of this production platform, whose benefits in terms of quality, yield and modularity will accelerate the development of messenger RNA-based therapies. We were impressed by the quality and complementarity of this team, with which we are delighted to be associated,” explains Marie Chambodut, Managing Director of Angelor.
“After supporting Dillico with convertible bonds under the French Tech Seed scheme, Bpifrance, on behalf of the French government, is proud to reaffirm its commitment by supporting its technological innovations and commercialization. The manufacturing process implemented by Dillico represents a real technological breakthrough, enabling access to messenger RNA-based therapies to be democratized“, explains Eva Clerc, Senior Investment Director at Bpifrance. “We were won over by the team’s experience and expertise, as well as its ability to execute.”

About Bpifrance and the French Tech Seed fund:
Bpifrance finances companies at every stage of their development through loans, guarantees, and equity investments. Bpifrance supports them in their innovation projects and international expansion. It also ensures their export activity through a wide range of products. Advice, university programs, networking, and acceleration programs for startups, SMEs, and intermediate-sized enterprises are also part of the services offered to entrepreneurs.
Thanks to Bpifrance and its 50 regional offices, entrepreneurs have access to a close, unique, and efficient contact to help them meet their challenges.
Endowed with 500 million euros, the French Tech Seed Fund aims to support fundraising efforts of startups and innovative small businesses less than 3 years old that are developing highly technology-intensive innovations. As part of the “Programme d’investissements d’avenir” (PIA), now part of France 2030, and operated on behalf of the French government by Bpifrance and operated by Bpifrance, the fund relies on certified business contributors who are responsible for identifying and qualifying these young companies and connecting them with private investors. These business contributors, guarantors of the project’s technological validity, enable public investment in the form of Convertible Bonds up to 400 million euros, in addition to capital provided by private investors. Moreover, an additional 100 million euros are dedicated to equity investments beyond the conversion of Convertible Bonds.

About France 2030:
The France 2030 investment plan:
– Translates a dual ambition: to transform key sectors of our economy (energy, automotive, aeronautics and space) through technological innovation, and to position France not just as a player, but as a leader in the world of tomorrow. From fundamental research, to the emergence of an idea, to the production of a new product or service, France 2030 supports the entire life cycle of innovation, right through to industrialization.
– The scale of the program is unprecedented: €54 billion will be invested so that our companies, universities and research organizations can successfully make the transition to these strategic sectors. The aim is to enable them to respond competitively to the ecological and attractiveness challenges of the world to come, and to nurture the future leaders of our sectors of excellence. France 2030 is defined by two cross-functional objectives: to devote 50% of its spending to decarbonizing the economy, and 50% to emerging, innovative players, without spending money that is detrimental to the environment (in line with the Do No Significant Harm principle).
– Will be implemented collectively: designed and deployed in consultation with economic, academic, local and European players to determine the strategic orientations and flagship actions. Project leaders are invited to submit their applications via open, demanding and selective procedures, in order to benefit from government support.
– The program is managed by the Secrétariat Général pour l’Investissement on behalf of the Prime Minister, and implemented by the Agence de la Transition Ecologique (ADEME), the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR), Bpifrance, Banque Publique d’Investissement and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).
