Dillico reveals the design of its continuous manufacturing process equipment for mRNA therapies and vaccines on its new website’s version. The 3D on display gives a great insight into the level of integration and optimized ergonomics of the machine.
Standard approach used to date requires around 10 skids on hundreds m2 of manufacturing area. This integration is made possible thanks to the All-ScaleFlow™ continuous meso-fluidic process and leads to a drastic simplification of industrial implementation and outstanding process performances (reduced process time, closed process, low shear stress, etc…).
